Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
International Shipping- We do ship internationally through USPS International First Class Mail, which does provide (some) international tracking. It takes somewhere 10-20 business days to arrive, Any additional custom fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are in stock and ship from California. Please allow 2-4 days for processing time. If for any reason, we cannot ship your order within our normal policy, we will contact you immediately to give you an update on your order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with an order, please email us email@example.com or use the contact form. Please allow 48 hours to respond to your email.

Our refund policy is All final sale. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this period. We only accept any exchanges for a bigger or smaller size in the same style.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the receipt date.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Thecheckout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account.
